Anna's Story

Kate Ivey Fitness is truly changing my lifestyle and my whole approach to my health and fitness. I have learnt that it’s not about labelling what you eat as a “diet” or exercising every day of the week. It’s about making good choices the majority of the time, getting your body moving and being grateful for the ability to exercise.

These photos are taken 6 months apart - there’s only 8kg difference between these two photos but I feel sooo much better! So much more confident and I feel way more than 8kg lighter - my clothes fit me nicely!

I have been dedicated to my new lifestyle of eating healthy and smashing DediKate work outs for a few months now. My mind and body are extremely healthy and happy!

I find the workouts manageable as we travel around a lot for work and have found doing them early in the morning more efficient. Every morning I wake up with a clear head wanting to get out of bed, I sleep better and don’t drink half the amount of alcohol I did. There is a whole lot more of me being happy every day!

The best thing I believe I have achieved is being kind to myself, I have always been so hard on myself and now I am showing a lot more love and patience.

Before I started DediKate I can honestly say that I hated exercise. My husband has spent the last 6 years begging me to workout with him - now it’s the other way around!

The first week was a massive challenge but I have loved every moment since - my favourite part about DediKate is that the trainers are exercising alongside us, it really helps motivate me during those tough workouts! I’ve noticed so many changes, not just physically but mentally too. I gave birth to my second baby during the first Covid19 level 4 lockdown and having such limited support during those early weeks and months were tough. My mental health was really suffering and I was struggling. Having something that is just for ME, 20 minutes a day that I can forget about the kids and work on myself, has really helped me to get through. I couldn’t speak highly enough of DediKate!
