Here at Kate Ivey Fitness we are passionate about helping others to live their best life! We have chosen the NZ Spinal Trust to support, and as a community are excited about making a difference! All the funds we raise will go to women with spinal cord injuries for things like dance and movement classes and hair and makeup days. All things that make women feel amazing, and help them to get the most out of life.

Press up challenge

If you improve your Press Ups by 20 or more, or go from half to full Press Ups, in a 12 week period on DediKate – we will donate $5 to the NZ Spinal Trust!

Step 3: After 12 Weeks you will receive an email link to fill in the completion form

Step 4: Once you have completed the challenge (and achieved the goal) we will donate $5 to the NZ Spinal Trust!
