DediKate is the online health and fitness community and app for busy NZ women. It has a variety of different workouts that are time effective and can be done anywhere! It also has recipes, meal plans, inspo, nutrition information and advice to enable you to make a healthy lifestyle part of who you are and what you do!
Workouts to choose from:
- Power Sessions (20 Min HIIT, no equipment needed)
- Sculpt It Sessions (30-30 Min Resistance workouts using a Swiss ball and 2 sets of dumbbells)
- Boot Camp Blast (30 Min HIIT workout using household items like bowls, shoes and cans!)
- Resist-Ded (20 Min Resistance Band workout)
- Low Impact (15 min workout for post partum, injury comeback or those who have been sedentary for awhile)
- Speed Sessions (running workouts)
- 5 Min Abs (I think you can guess that one!)
