FAQs
What if I can't run 6kms?
That's totally ok! If you can't run that far, just walk, or walk and run the distance. You will then follow the plan and be blown away by your improvement.
Remember it's about your own personal progress.
What does the training plan look like?
Each week you will do 2 runs (2-6kms) and we tell you how far. You also choose two DediKate workouts to do as well as an optional Speed Session which is a DediKate running/cardio audio workout.
Do we get access to nutrition as well?
You sure do! When you join DediKate you get access to everything we offer, this includes our variety of workouts, meal plans, nutritionist, recipes, community and more!
What do we use to measure our running distance?
Kate uses her new Garmin, but she used to use Map my Run. Just download it to your phone from your app store. It's easy to use and it talks to you on the way, telling you how far you have fun and how fast.
Why do we only run twice per week?
This is enough to get improvement, when combined with HIIT and strength workouts. You will get better results working on your strength and all round fitness as well, rather than just hitting the pavement.
