Our challenges are super popular and one of the many reasons women choose DediKate. They are motivating, give you direction and have different focuses for your varying goals. As well as running various challenges throughout the year with set start times, we have a selection you can join anytime. That way you can choose one that best suits you, and you don't have to wait!

HIIT for FIt
HIIT for Fit is an 8 week challenge packed full of pump - with lots of variety to keep you motivated, keep your body guessing and get you results! We've designed a fun HIIT schedule that will allow you to smash out a series of 20-30 minute workouts, four times a week.
You'll be doing our famous Power Sessions and Ignite workouts, as well as our Boot Camp Blast or Resist-Ded workouts! To get started, join DediKate then register for free under the challenges section on DediKate.
DediKate48
The challenge is to complete 48 workouts. You choose whichever ones you wish! This is a great way to make exercise a habit, and secure it as part of your life. Take the pressure off yourself, but aim to complete this in around 12 weeks.

DediKate Ground Zero
This is a 6 week challenge designed for beginners, those who have been sedentary for awhile or for those who have lost their way with fitness. The challenge starts easy and it gradually builds up, repairing and strengthening your body and increasing your all round fitness.

DediKate Lift
Working out with dumbbells – at home, in your local park, or practically anywhere! – is super satisfying, results driven and lots of fun! DediKate Lift is designed to burn fat and build lean muscle – all while boosting your mood, lifting your spirits and making you feel amazing.

DediKate6k
This is a feature challenge and starts on the 1st March! It's so much fun doing challenges alongside other DediKate Members, plus there are prizes to be won!
This is a super fun and extremely satisfying running (or walking) challenge, combining running/walking with DediKate Workouts - it's not all about running! Spend the 7 weeks following the plan and you will be blown away by your improvement!
