I just wanted to share a wee win for me and give you a bit of background .. I have always been searching for the “golden ticket” when it comes to my health and fitness – I have tried every diet under the sun, and gone ‘all in’ to so many things for a couple of weeks before something would come up that would completely derail me.

Kate Ivey Fitness is truly changing my lifestyle and my whole approach to my health and fitness. I have learnt that it’s not about labeling what you eat as a “diet” or exercising every day of the week. It’s about making good choices the majority of the time, getting your body moving and being grateful for the ability to exercise. Most importantly, it’s not about beating yourself up when you miss one workout, or have takeaways and a wine.

The photo on the left was taken at the beginning of Jan 2020, and the second was taken this evening. There’s only 8kg difference between these two photos but I feel sooo much better! So much more confident and I feel way more than 8kg lighter – my clothes fit me nicely and I’m wearing things that I had put up the top of the wardrobe because they didn’t fit. I need to continue to work on eliminating my obsession with the scales and need to keep reminding myself that there are so many more ways to measure progress!

I am so thankful to have come across Kate Ivey Fitness – and I am so grateful for the amazing and constant support in this group! It’s such a beautiful community of people and I can’t wait to continue this journey and support you all on yours xx
