We love introducing our DediKate members to you and sharing what motivates them, why they love DediKate and of course their successes!

 

Anna is a super motivating and supportive member of DediKate, and is participating in one of our challenges currently. Since beginning the challenge, Anna has already doubled her Prone Hold time! Go Anna!!!

 

Check out Anna’s story in her own words:

“I’m Anna – my Husband and I had our first baby in May of this year, so Lucy is now a little over 5 months old. I jumped on board DediKate when I was looking for a way to improve my health and fitness and really cement some good habits that would be achievable and sustainable. The challenge started at the perfect time!

I’ve always been an “all-or-nothing” sort of girl and I am really looking to move forward from this mentality and be a great role model for Lucy (and future children). My key goal is to prioritise health and happiness – as a parent, I would like to demonstrate that exercise and good food choices 80% of the time are just a way of life. It’s not just about doing this for everyone else though, I know that the benefits for me not only physically but also mentally are huge – I am already feeling so much better and proud that I am doing something for me.

So far, I have doubled my prone hold time, pushed myself and attempted some of the more difficult versions of exercises and most importantly I have been having so much fun doing it!

The weekends are always my biggest challenge – they are a constant work on but I have definitely been much more sensible about my food choices and have still managed to get my planned workouts done in the weekends.

It’s so awesome being a part of a community of women who are all so inspirational and supportive. Bring on the rest of the challenge – I can’t wait to see what we all achieve!”
