INGREDIENTS

Smoothie:

  • 5 dates
  • 1 cup of frozen berries
  • 1 cup of natural yoghurt
  • 1/2 cup frozen pineapple

Topping:

  • Handful of fresh berries (raspberries, blueberries, sliced strawberries)
  • 1/2 of fresh mango chopped
  • 1/4 cup of pineapple chopped
  • 1 tablespoons of oats
  • 1 teaspoon of coconut
  • 1/2 teaspoon of chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoons of your choice of seeds ie. pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, flax seeds

 

DIRECTIONS

Combine smoothie ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth

Place in a bowl and add the topping!
