Congratulations to Katy Wade who has made her health and fitness a part of life since joining DediKate in January. Katy can do 35 Jumping Squat Lunges and is now running instead of walking. Katy has dropped 1-2 dress sizes, no longer craves unhealthy food and has strengthened and toned her body!

“I started my DediKate journey at the start of the year and have had challenges like many do along the way. I never really knew if I would make it past the first 12 weeks but here I am still going.
I have had many changes/ achievements over the year from cooking healthier meals, cutting back on processed and sugary food, no longer craving unhealthy food, strengthening core muscles, no longer getting sore backs, and my body toning. I still have the odd bad day which I always make up for, but am in it for the long haul to make a healthier lifestyle for me and my family.
I am now the fittest I have been in a number of years and competed at my first SI Masters event this month and soon to lock in my next running event. My only regret was not starting DediKate sooner!
The hardest part for me was signing up and putting myself first above some other less important things in life and getting into a routine. Once that was done it was no longer a chore and actually enjoyed getting back into exercising 4 times a week. I highly recommend the 2 week trial to see if it’s the right fit for you. Kate is amazing support and wouldn’t of kept at it without her!”
