These biscuits are delicious and nourishing, and the whole family will love them.


60 ml coconut oil melted
60 ml maple syrup
1 egg
2 teaspoons of vanilla
175 grams oats
125 grams wholemeal flour
½ teaspoon baking powder
100 grams shelled pistachio nuts chopped
125 grams of dark chocolate


  • Preheat the oven 180 C
  • Combine oats, wholemeal flour and baking powder. Pour melted coconut oil, maple syrup, egg and vanilla into a bowl and mix to combine. Add dark chocolate and pistachios and combine.
  • Spoon into a baking tray and shape into round biscuits
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 15 to 18 minutes or until golden brown. Transfer to a wire rack to cool. Store in an airtight container
